Excellent for pies, pastries, cookies, tortes, and between cake layers. These pastry fillings do not soak into cakes. Filled cakes may be frozen or refrigerated. Refrigerate after opening; stays fresh for 3-6 months.
Ingredients: Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Modified Food Starch. Contains less than 2% of: Adipic Acid, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Salt. Instructions: Ready-to-use. Apply with pastry brush directly onto fresh fruit. Storage/ Handling: Store in a clean, dry area away from direct heat and light at temperatures between 60F–75F.
