Why would I need a Desiccant packet?

A single Desiccant packet will provide 1-2 months worth of protection for your Isomalt with active use. Leftover Isomalt, Isomalt, and gum paste creations will last a couple of years when properly sealed and stored.

The packets are made of a specialized form of Sodium Silicate, a purified natural material approved by the FDA. Non-toxic and non-reactive. DO NOT CONSUME.
